Meet Kennith Anderson, the heart and soul of Anderson Heating and Cooling! With 30 years in the HVAC industry, Kennith’s dedication to his work and his community is unwavering. As the company’s founder and owner, he finds joy in every aspect of his job, especially in taking care of people and making a difference in their lives.

Kennith’s favorite projects are new unit installations, where he applies decades of expertise to ensure top-notch results. He believes the foundation of Anderson Heating and Cooling’s success is the trust that both his team and customers have in each other. To Kennith, this company isn’t just a business—it’s a family.

Outside of work, Kennith is a true family man. He’s married to Dianne, and together they have seven children: Kennith Jr., Hayden, Alyssa, Tyler, Ashlyn, Ava, and Cloey Jordan. Family vacations are a highlight for him, as are weekends filled with Texas Longhorns football. Known for his great sense of humor, he jokes that when he’s not working, he’s busy “making more kids” and spending time with the ones he has.

In addition to his HVAC expertise, Kennith is a talented cook and loves hanging out with family and friends over a good meal. His go-to local spot? T-Bonz, a staple for great food and atmosphere. When asked about his approach to customer service, Kennith said it best: he wants every customer to feel like they’re part of his family, ensuring they’re cared for as if they were his own.
